Polenta150 g
Vegetable broth500 g
Extra-virgin olive oil80 g
Nutritional yeast5 g
Ground white pepper2 g

Directions

Bring the vegetable broth to the boil and whisk in the polenta.

Cook as per instructions and finish with olive oil and nutritional yeast. Season with pepper.
