At Yumame, we exclusively use whole grains, legumes, vegetables and mushrooms. Our products undergo natural fermentation using fungi, resulting in juicy offerings with a delightful texture and taste. We enhance taste whilst using regenerated resources in an efficient way.

LOCAL INGREDIENTS AND
LOCAL PRODUCTION

At Yumame we only use local ingredients. Fungi can be grown in any geographic location and fermentation is not dependent on arable land or weather conditions. Our products can be produced in any country using locally available resources.
