Yumame burger100 g
Tomato60 g
Dill pickle60 g
Lettuce0.5 piece
Siracha mayo20 g
Hummus80 g
Burger buns1

Directions

  1. Shred the lettuce and mix with the siracha mayo, slice the tomato and pickle
  2. Toast the burger bun
  3. Cook the Yumame burger as preferred: on a barbeque brushed with oil, in a pan or chargrilled - all work well
  4. Assemble the burger as preferred
  5. Serve with garlic roast potatoes and hummus as a side
