Garlic roasted potatoes

Ingredients:

New potatoes1 kg
Garlic cloves150 g
Thyme20 g
Olive oil100 g
Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Wash the new potatoes, try to select ones of a similar size.
  2. Place everything into a roasting tin in a pre heated at 180c roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Then shake and roast for a further 10 minutes or until cooked, drain the excess oil and check seasoning.
  4. The thyme crisps and roast garlic make for a nice garnish.
