Ingredients:

Sourdough bread1 slice
Beetroot hummus75 g
Yumame120 g
Avocado1/2 piece
Red onion25 g
Raddish2 piece
Chili5 g
Spring onion5 g
Mint leaves5 each
Lime1/2 piece

Directions

  1. Toast the bread and cook the Yumame as preferred.​
  2. Chop the remaining ingredients and grill the lime.​
  3. Spread the humus on the toast and arrange the remaining ingredients on top.
