Ingredients:

Ripe tomato200 g
Red onion90 g
Coriander0.5 bunch
Green chili1 piece
Lime1 piece
Salt

Directions

  1. Wash and cut the tomatoes quite thin
  2. Finely slice the red onion and chop the coriander
  3. Dice the chilli, you can remove the seeds or reduce the amount if you prefer less spicy.
  4. Mix everything and finish with the zest and juice of the lime and salt.
  5. Use immediately.
