Roasted red pepper dip

Ingredients:

Roasted red peppers170 g
Olive oil35 g
Red wine vinegar15 g
Soy sauce3 g
Flavour forest75 g
Roast garlic20 g
Black pepper

Directions

Wrap a bulb of garlic with a little oil and salt in tinfoil and roast at 160'c for 45mins-1hr, until very soft.

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, season with pepper.
