Tomato purée

Directions
Chop Yumame to a size resembling minced meat and sauté in a hot pan
Drain the oil and set aside
Dice the vegetables, and chop the garlic
Cook on a low heat until softened and aromatic
Add the tomato puree and cook until the raw smell leaves it
Add Yumame to the vegetables and the tomato sauce
