Ingredients:

Yumame flavour forest160 g
Carrot45 g
Celery30 g
Onion55 g
Garlic5 g
Fresh thyme2 g
Olive oil30 g
Tomato passata330 g
Tomato purée15 g
Fresh parsley6 g
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Chop Yumame to a size resembling minced meat and sauté in a hot pan
  2. Drain the oil and set aside
  3. Dice the vegetables, and chop the garlic
  4. Cook on a low heat until softened and aromatic
  5. Add the tomato puree and cook until the raw smell leaves it
  6. Add Yumame to the vegetables and the tomato sauce
  7. Cook on a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and add the parsley and 
  8. Check the seasoning before serving.
