Ingredients:
Yumame flavour forest
110 g
Onion
40 g
Carrot
25 g
Celery
20 g
Mushroom
20 g
Celeriac root
40 g
Cashew nuts, unsalted
25 g
Fresh thyme
1 tsp
Parsley
4 g
Salt
Black pepper
Directions
Chop and fry the flavour forest until golden brown, add the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
Cook with a lid on until the vegetables are tender.
Once cooked, season and chill the mix.
Lay out a sheet of filo and brush with olive oil, spoon a quarter of the mix onto the pastry and roll folding in the ends to seal.
Bake for 14 mins at 190"c until golden.
