Ingredients:

Yumame flavour forest110 g
Onion40 g
Carrot25 g
Celery20 g
Mushroom20 g
Celeriac root40 g
Cashew nuts, unsalted25 g
Fresh thyme1 tsp
Parsley4 g
Salt
Black pepper

Directions

  1. Chop and fry the flavour forest until golden brown, add the remaining ingredients and season to taste. 
  2. Cook with a lid on until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Once cooked, season and chill the mix.
  4. Lay out a sheet of filo and brush with olive oil, spoon a quarter of the mix onto the pastry and roll folding in the ends to seal.
  5. Bake for 14 mins at 190"c until golden.
