Ingredients:

Flavor forest450 g
Onion - diced300 g
Salt5 pods
Cardamom pods3
Small chili1 piece
Garlic paste1 tbl
Ginger paste1 tbl
Tomato puree60 g
Turmeric2 tsp
Chili powder1 tsp
Garam masala2.5 tsp
Canned tomato400 g
Frozen peas250 g

Directions

  1. Chop the flavour forest and fry in oil until golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside
  2. Using the same pan cook the onions on a medium heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 2 mins.
  4. Add the spices and then the tomato puree, cooking for a few minutes.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and 150ml of water or stock, cook gently until the sauce thickens.
