Ingredients:
Flavor forest

Directions
Chop the flavour forest and fry in oil until golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside
Using the same pan cook the onions on a medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 2 mins.
Add the spices and then the tomato puree, cooking for a few minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and 150ml of water or stock, cook gently until the sauce thickens.
